Good flash, not so good character choice.
Really good flash, smooth animation. It might just be the effects but the last part's images seemed a lot more detailed and crisp than the beginning. I enjoyed the TM disc holder on his arm. As for Lucario, bad pokemon choice; as stated before ever since Brawl he's been used for everything. And with an overused pokemon such as Lucario this finished flash will most likely be ignored or complained about for using him. Which would be sad to see, considering I this this flash and series can have a lot of potential.
Why not use Hitmonchan, Hitmonlee, Scyther, Scizor, hell even Gallade would be good without being overused.
Keep up the good work.

You're only using recent pokemon. That's just wrong. However, I guess I can look past the combination of what was originally Digimon (well, digimon then yu-gi-oh then most recently bakugan ugh) type technology included in a pokemon universe and the exclusion of any of the old pokemon, to give it an eight out of ten. The animation was quite good and despite stealing ideas from several other well known anime shows, it really is good.
