cool game but:
sometimes the crystals spawn in the ground where you cant reach them

IT WAS PRETTY GOOD, MY EXPECTIONS FOR NEWGROUNDS IS HIGH I GUESS CUZ ALOT OF THE THINKGS ARE PRETTY LOW GRADE, THIS WAS PRETTY GOOD COMPAIRED TO ALOT OF THE OTHER POSTS. THIS IS UNDERVALUED I THINK, IT WASNT THE BEST BUT IT WAS RESPECTABLE....
Well done platform shooter a la Metroid.
Great work! In this short game, you've captured the essence of the Metroid series better than Team Ninja managed to with Other M. I'd like to see you revisit Blue Knight in another game, maybe with a longer/more challenging quest and more weapons/items. The simple visuals aren't bad, but it was occasionally hard to tell where the mouse reticle was aiming due to the limited color palette. Keep going!
interesting
good concept, but a few bugs. i found that if you died while fighting the first pyramid, when you went to fight it again, everything was gone and there was a single gem floating underground out of reach. i had to restart twice because of this glitch. also, i would make the platform in the last boss battle wider, because i could just stand on the very edge and shoot the first layer, clear of any harm. other than that, it's a good game, but could use more upgrades and enemy types.
