you know what they say...
short but sweet.
seriously, my greatest complaint about this game is that it's too short. took me what five minutes to play through everything (and that's with the cutscenes). now this really isn't a bad thing, but since it was so short i couldn't get invested in the atmosphere, which is very important to me in a survival horror game. plus it's a bit forgettable.
hope you can make a more solid zombie-related experience next time.
I know you didn't beat it in five minutes if it was your first time playing (without reading reviews first/looking at walkthrough).
It had so much potential!
It was awesome! So awesome! You took the epicness of zombies and put it together with a point and click, but made it so you could somewhat move around. It was all incredible until the ending. Terrible, terrible ending. Predictable and boring. It seemed like you rushed this. Next time take your time and put a little more creativity into it.
The ending isn't the ending of the series.

I think it deserves better than a 6/10.
If that's all I get from some of these guys (some of the votes have been worse) then why should I even bother continuing the series?

The 3 items (wood, handle, and batteries) required me to use Tab to find. Also I detect a hit of night of the living dead in the ending. It made me whole heartily face palm because it was so ... expected. The interactive cut scenes were nice although the shooting minigame would require a means of telling you you actually have to shoot to do anything.
this is a good game; definitely better than the first. i can appreciate how you clearly put much more work into this one than the first, and i like the different modes of play (being the overhead and 1st person modes...duh), as opposed to just 1st person. the best part is when you get to snipe zombies from the window. of course, brownie points are awarded for the little things such as the zombies' heads getting blown off when you pull a head shot, and the girl getting infected.
on the flip side, the game was a little short, and i would like to see the zombies appearing slightly "nastier", know what i mean? some exposed intestine here, a ripped out windpipe there, maybe even peeled away lips exposing broken and jagged teeth, or slashed open eyeballs. you know, the stuff that makes you go bleh that compliments the zombie's decay and/or missing parts. as well, i almost gave up on the game when i couldn't find the ax handle after 15 minutes of searching, and the key drove me crazy.
all in all, i give this a solid 3 out of 5. not bad at all. i'm looking forward to the next one.
