After mixing the potion & making the amulet my wagon wheel disappeared. Not sure why, but it vanished... Hard to leave without it.

The cut scene was involving, and started the game on an excellent note. I didn't quite like that the pieces of story you gain don't fit the actions you did to earn it. I.e. the forge guy telling me a part he didn't really mention otherwise. I could understand you making it so that the pieces of story were gained in an order, so that each partial reading of the story contributed to the rising action... but that didn't seem to be the case either.
The chief originally wanted a story spanning the entire village, and you got my buy in for that with the symbolism you gave (the whole roots deal) but the story he got was one of himself. I disliked this =(
Honestly, there was more than enough foreshadowing to make your character stay there and it would've felt... correct? But, it's cool that she kept on keepin' on.
Because your game WAS so story intensive with such an uncomfortably fitting story, it's kinda unnerving, However, Derridas's story was cool as ice and the butterfly lady and all that were cool.
Your art rocked my socks on AND off. Ending cutscene had the drunk show up... dunno how I feel 'bout that.
4 outta 5, 8 outta 10. Put some thought into the foreshadowing and order of your game and it'll get my 5s and 10s. Overall, excellent game and I look forward to more.
Very good story and art
You did really good in making art and in creating storyline. Only one thing was bad, it was the font, it really got annoying after a while to read all the text in that style. That font was good for some notes or recipes, but chatting with npc's should have other font. Anyway the game itself was great.

Great game, huge bug too
This is one of my favourite point and click games as I absolutely loved the art however there was a huge bug *SPOILER* after bringing Derrida back to life from the lake nothing actually happened, I searched and clicked everywhere for about 10 mins and then checked the Walkthrough and realised after ressurecting him the book was supposed to be complete and I was supposed to know who he was, but that didn't happen in my game and I don't know why :S as such, I couldn't complete it.
