Decent
As far as an average plot goes, it's decent and fitting for a short vid. The graphics and animation are pretty good.
One thing I didn't like is the title. You should've put something that's related to the plot. Listing the roles would usually mean that there's some sort of individual distinction that you could not use any other characters. Like the hare and turtle or something.

Pretty cool but a bit short.
Excellent imagery
Like your style and colour choices, you certainly animate your style well hope to see more from you in the future.
Make
MOAR...longer, make a few more shorts and within those slowly introduce the plot of whats really going on :P
