Spetacular movie.
I like it...a lot!
You convey an overall story of falling from religion because it holds you above what your made to believe is a never ending pit (Fear). but separating yourself from that you can see religion is nothing more than a web created for the weak of mind and will to be caught in. at least that's what i got from it! I couldn't have illustrated it better without saying a word! Great Job!
Loved it
I liked how ambiguous the flash is. People can say what they want and take it which ever way they like. To me, its about someone who is forced out of their normal view. Personally, I see religion as a something that binds someone like a spiders web. You dont need to believe in a God to be good. And the slow focus to everyone else reminded me about how ive started to see how binding it can be. Well made and although i did expect the protagonist to survive somehow, i didnt see the web.
Great Stuff
You have a very unique visual and narrative style. Having seen a couple of your flashes, I'm not always sure what they are about; the narratives are ambiguous. But they do provoke thought, which is something that good art should do. And the ending for this flash was completely unexpected and surprising. Keep up the work, whatever medium you end up expressing yourself in. You do have an unusual voice and talent.
