Reviews for "Massive War"

Meh....

I like the concept and the gameplay is solid, but the enemy troops spawn way too fast and you start with too low of a max power limit. It's kind of hating on the new guy. If you could lighten up the difficulty, this game would be solid.

Huge difficulty curve at the end...

Really easy until the last set of levels, even with my best units maxed out and spam producing things, it feels like there's like a 50% of loosing... Usually always loose against blue because they get twice the amount of funds for planes getting through I guess and can make 80 times more guys than you and spam zombie troops...

It's like there's no difficulty then there's no hope.

Toy Soldiers

I like the idea, the backstory is good and the way you have addressed the gameplay using a tetris style "fill in the gaps" technique, replacing the blocks with soldiers and having the enemie try to sneak past is something I havnt seen before. The underlying theme is well thought out, but the fun factor just isnt strong with this game.

Thats not to say it isnt entertaining, there are lots of options for exploring unit stats and attack patterns, but thats about it; once you just start to figure out the game and how it progresses, it's already become quite monotonous to play.

Your sprite work and retro graphics are top notch, if you had been doing this during the 80's I'm sure you'd find yourself working on some memorable titles,

The game is well built, it would be nice to see one day see a sequel with some more thought put into turning out a 'massive war' without the memory lag.

pretty fun

This was really good but for some reason my planes wouldn't destroy two of the enemy air bases they just flew past, I had to use missiles:P

Neat Idea

But like others said, very easy. Found myself just rushing one area then the next, rinse repeat.
