Good but...
It's an excellent game, a simple idea very well executed. Only problem I could find is that it has an issue with framerate, I'm pretty sure my PC should be able to run this at a better framerate than about 10 fps but it doesn't (even on the menu). I would recommend adding an option for lower quality or something of the like.
Loved the menu music.
The only problem I had was sometimes the controls wouldn't work but that's probally my piece of shit computer.

fun, but repetetive
I think it was a good game, but the maps needed desperately some obstacles and cover. Also, the levels did not give you more money as you go up: level 13 seemed to give ~10000 but later levels only gave ~3000
Good but not great
I think you should change the movement of the tank. It be w to accelerate, f to decelerate/reverse and a,d to turn left and right. Whatever, jusst make the hull gun easier to aim. And give different physic to each gun like splash damage, slow or stun, and critical hit ect.
