Reviews for "Wayfinder: Episode One"

I like it

Very nice Adventure game.
Waiting for the next one.

Thank you very much. ^^

Amazing first game!

Great job.
The story and characters are pretty well thought out and interesting.
Voice acting top notch.
Puzzle and the pixel hunt could still be improved.
RPG element feels more of an after thought tho, and I would love to see this more integrated in the next game.
Great job!

Hyptosis responds:

Thank you! ^^

Thoroughly enjoyable

I, like many others, am stuck on the nano paint part. Other than that, the game was really well done.

I enjoy having a faceless protagonist. Since there is a number in my Head slot, I assume I am wearing a helmet, therefore having a face becomes redundant.

A few questions though.
1. Why can I not call the other crew members for help on a particular puzzle? Even calling them to hear, "I don't know" would be better than radio silence.
2. Why does the password to the chest have to be so long?

Good story

This game, like Dead Frontier: Outbreak is simply a testament to the fact that games don't have to have wicked graphics and other such things to be good, but rather a good story. Not to bash those other games, but I enjoy this style.

Great potential!

Even though this is your first flash, it does have much better artwork and music than many other flash games! (no offence to them.)
I didn't actually listen to the voice acting at all though, preferred reading.
Very enjoyable. As a completionist I didn't find much special stuff to unlock, and I spent like 10 minutes looking for some hidden place where the -spoiler-cough*weapon*COUGHcoughcough was but didn't find it.. so frustrating! haha.
And I felt there could be more adventure elements as well..
Great job by the way. :)

Hyptosis responds:

Thanks for the advice, I will try to do a better job next time.
