it's not really traditional cel style, it fits the definition of stop motion better than traditional animation.
I agree with dooomsday1157
As Doomsday1157 said the erased frames give the video a cool effect I don't no if that was intentional though. Also the second or so page when he rides the dragon is exactly like Yoshi's sStory, if you ground pound a dragon then they can zigzag up.
