I'm sure this is a good game, but it pisses me off that I wasn't given a storyline, a tutorial, a character background or anything else. This game is 2-dimensional in more ways than 2. I liked the mechanics, but storywise, I think an RPG should provide 3 things above all: storyline, an integrated tutorial that doesn't make the NPC's seem like diagetic members of this fictional society and character choices. I wasn't given any of those three things. It has even less character development than Halo. The only new information you're provided about Master Chief is in the resolution, where you find out his real name is John. And that was in the second one! In this, I'm provided no new information about this character. I'm not driven to care by the plot, because there isn't one. Were this a puzzle game, I wouldn't expect a storyline whatsoever, but every good RPG ever made features both plot development and character development.
The game is kinda fun, but the level up system is such an annoyance. I can't level up the skills I WANT to level up. I can only pick one, the other two being un-selectable.

After beating Demon Beast,you should go in a "freeroam" mode,where bosses infinitely resurrect so you can massacre them with your attacks
