very smart..

no health bar, but if you get hit, your score goes down. very clever, since 2 of the medals depend on score. another smart thing was the gun upgrade, with it only being able to upgrade based on the combo hits you get on the enemy with how long you can keep them up in the air for. that was also clever. a not too hard game if you are playing it for enjoyment, but it gets a lot tougher if you are playing for medals. The end boss looked a lot like an evil version of dad to me, so that was cool. the sidescrolling shooting was also well made, i havent played a game like that in almost forever. all over, a very well made game. kudos to both Frostedmuffins for his programming skillz and Mindchamber for his amazing artistic talent.

Game play graphics are off the top, fantastic job, the loader needed some work with the repetitive music and the glitchy background animation, game play was repetitive too with most of the time doing almost nothing, and u cant see much and often the controls will glitch, all in all ill give it a 6, good graphics, bad game play.

Awesome Game, but Worst Lag Ever!!!

This is an innovative, fast-paced game that I think is just what Newgrounds needs. I enjoy "run n' gun" type games and this one handled smoothly, for a little bit, but more on that later. This puts a new spin on run n' guns because not only do you run and shoot, but you gain upgrades and a higher score by juggling the enemies in the air for as long as you possibly can. As M-Bot moves farther away from the screen, he shrinks, and grows as he moves closer, great way to add perspective. I love it! I did not want this game to end, quite frankly.

There is one thing, though. The lag...is atrocious. When you get to the second boss, "Col-lab", the game lags so terribly that it actually caused my computer to freeze for a really long time. I just cannot play this game again until you fix this fatal issue.

Very bad game design

The art was good, but apart from that everything was bad, considering this is a frontpage game. The control is very awkward; there are basically 3 planes you can move between, but it's too easy to accidentally move to either the top or bottom plane with the bad mouse controls. You can get weapon upgrades, and the "special move" looks incredibly cool, but if you get hit once then you lose all of your upgrades, and the only way to really get them in the first place is to juggle enemies. While you're juggling an enemy, you have to stay in the same spot as him, only if you do this, you can get hit by a car and lose your upgrades.

The boss fight is even worse, since you have to wait for one specific attack to come up in order to reflect the projectiles back at him. When he is at low health, you have to wait for him to use the attack, but he never really uses it; he will do probably about 20 different attacks beforehand, so you have to wait for him.

I don't think I would have considered playing this if it weren't a mindchamber game; it seriously needs to be improved considering the quality of his other games.
