Um....
Using old rehashed pop culture references and memes does not make you funny. It's like you took a look at what was funny last year and tried to fit them within a street fighter context, most of which are thinly veiled or just weak to begin with.
Also what the fuck was the king from Zelda CD-i doing there?! It just wasn't needed, it was like you're trying to force an unfunny meme down our throats and you didn't even use the original sound clip, that's what makes it funny when it's in context. It's the same with Link, unless you're trying to make a Soul Calibur 2 reference, which would have been relevant back in 2003, but now it's like what the fuck? Unless Scoot can draw Link really well and wanted to show you how well he could do it. I'll stop before I end up throwing up bile all over the keyboard, but you know it just wasn't funny.
TL; DR? There were about 3 Street Fighter gags in there the rest were all really bad pop culture references.

I really don't like this. The jokes just dont seem that funny. They seem forced and ripped from most pop culture. I dunno..... I dont like it.
It was an... effort...
You need to tone things down. You try far too hard, and it makes everything extremely unfunny. Drop the old pop-culture references and the forced jokes, and you'll do far better.
