This is fairly amazing

Graphics: 7/10
Game Play: 8/10 (very detailed...tho a lil bit too much? xD)
Music: 7/10 (some scenes needed music...like the battles, or did i have a glitch?)

So in a professional Perspective its amazingly the most detailed flash in both graphics and scripting i've played, though i can easily sense that FF + KH influence~
All the rude comments are just quick ways to show their thoughts.

"The only thing your missing now...is having an idea of no influence, to get influenced"

PS: I %u2665 KH

Decent RPG

One thing that annoyed me was the background often clashed with the characters.
I think you should sort of find a way to highlight the characters on the battlfield more.

And Nera acts so bitchy!

What software?

Did you use Poser/ Daz3D for the animation then brought it into flash?

Finally a good well animated story driven RPG.

Professional scripting, amatuer scenarios.

It goes without saying that the game's scripting is far above what I would expect on Newgrounds (no offense to others). However, the combat system alone isn't worth having to listen to the dialogue. It's not that the voice actors are bad... it's that the lines they speak are as appealing as a bad fan-fic.
Aside from the lack of artistic inspiration, the sounds are appropriate, the graphics, though they seem a bit disjointed (Main character face vs. 1st Summon face), are certainly acceptable, and the combat, as a whole, is impressive.
Some improvements are needed, but with your technical skill, I doubt the lack of them will drag your projects down too much.

Well, it's not bad, I guess.

I mean, the core of any game is its gameplay, and the engine you've got seems fairly solid and fun.

My main issue here is with the writing. Can anyone honestly tell me that the first thing they do upon meeting a person in trouble is demand their servitude before helping them? Can anyone please explain why at first the protagonist is demanding and probing, then criticizes the secondary character for talking too much? It just strikes me as schizophrenic and disjointed, and feels like they don't really have a well-set personality.

Only other thing I can say that kinda creeps me out is the facial expressions, which look disturbingly doll-like and impassive.

Aside from that, though, as aforementioned, the gameplay is strong, and at the root of any game that is what's most important.
