An improvement
It's certainly better than the "normal" balls that people post here. My main issue is that the mouths were done badly.

Voices are too staticy
Although this movie was alright, the voices were difficult to understand, I think the problem was you put too much compression into the voices, you only used 561KB so you could of used less compression without that much of a file size issue.
