Not bad but....
It's your first attempt. Congradulations. And for a first attempt, it's really not that bad.
You probably know the flaws you have, but let me highlight them. The biggest one is definitely the voice acting. You have a bunch of pins of different ... back grounds ... I'll leave that where it is. But they aren't all Japanese. That voice flaping Japanese Dubbing Crap really shouldn't be made main stream. Working to try to fix what the characters say, planing the mouth movements to match the words, and the weird way the voices sound are all things you should fix in the future.
But it's definitely not bad. I feel guilty for murdering those bowling pins. Personifying them kinda makes me feel worse. :P But you did a good job for your first time, and I hope to see more videos. Good luck in the future.

Thanx for your input. I did the work for a assignment - semester project. I struggled with the voices - to record them - but in the future I will do it differently.
Good First Animation
It's pretty good for a first animation, but the voices are extremely hard to hear. Did you distort them on purpose?
Great except for just one thing...
Aww, I couldn't hear a thing! I had to turn up the volume countless times! ^^;
I agree with SimCorder; when your animation only ends up as 500-odd KB, you can sit back, relax and set the compression rate a little lower. ;)
Also, I was constantly looking around to see which pin was talking. Try making such characters' speech animation more elaborate, and even though we've been told lip-syncing isn't such a big deal, it'll always add something to an animation if the lip movements, however random, match up to the speed of the speech.
Other than that, it was fun and original with a delightful set of characters! Can't wait to see more of you! :D
