Because deep within his madness he feels ashamed of himself. The pig/boar face represents a filthy animal that humans despise. Think of it as a self-inflicted punishment for his crimes.
I like but
I can't give a ten because I just cannot get past the guy at the end. On a lighter note I guess I'm the only one who got through the machine on the first try. Sheer luck that was.
I like the graphics. I like the game play. I like the atmosphere. Really liked the atmosphere. It's all good.
I just couldn't get past the last guy so I was unable to complete the game. Kind of like "not finishing" during a roll in the hay.
Maybe more time. not such small spots to hit or not losing precious seconds for misses.

pretty good game puzzles mad me use my brain for once but "the machine" blew chunks. other than that it was interesting
Flawed Premise
The game is animated with still images so you don't feel immersed in what is going on although the sound is decent enough to make at least a couple hairs stand on end. A passable interface accompanied with a... passable plot, both with room for improvement, however; the dialogue 'popups' interrupt the flow of the game as well as the constant repetition of the tutorial for a fight sequence - Click and hold over the red buttons that say 'HIT' - We get it.
The puzzles here are quite good but the major flaw is in Insanity's minigames. Along with the flow-breaking fight scenes, the minigames are poorly made, hard to control and generally not any ****ing fun. Very creepy story that had the chance to be an engaging saw-esque game but instead, here we have a tortured premise.
