Ehh.
This has the makings to be a great game, but the background is extremely pixelled and the start and end menu has much to improve on. It sort of reminds me of my days in computer class in grade ten, where we created games like this from instruction and a manual. However, shooting things is always fun.

You could greatly improve on this.
First, let me list the things I like;

Next, I list the things that I don't like and could easily be improved upon.
1. Whats with the cursor? It's fat, poorly draw, and distracting. How about a smaller, more neatly draw cursor so I can shoot without having seizures.
2. How about the option to change the amount of time you have, like 20seconds, 40 Seconds, 1min, 2min, 3min 5min 10min
3. Wouldn't I be better if you could only have a limited time to shoot each target?
Just work on it, this would be a fun game, this is more like something you play while you waiting at a loading screen.
