Cool but...
There's no story.Needs more baddies & a story.Plus, I think there is a Spiderman movie set in Japan(nothing like this.they talk english in the movie).

Well done, but...
We all know that if two things. First, feudal japan didn't have anime to influence their fights. So to truly capture a feudal spidey, there would have had to been a short quick death scene. Secondly, in keeping with true anime tradition. The feudal Dr. Octopus' tentacles would have raped spidey duh.
Good idea, but no story...
There is no story in this video making it kind of pointless. Nice flash, of course, but there's a fight only. I like the concept of a ninja-version of spider-man, it's clever! Still, if you made this fight a part of some longer story it'd be much better
Then about the music. When the music stops there's not enough action to make up for the lack of music. It's just something to think about. The fact that it's repetetive is not bothering me, but you could try one of the main themes from Flying Daggers. It's very fit for combat scenes.
