You get an 8 because I think that the graphics were a little off. The people could have been made much better. Plus, Mega Man would never wear a coat like that.

Good, but could use some work
My first complaint is the sound quality. Bring that up and then you're golden for that. Kudos on capturing the environment, though. The way the people live, the way they rallied behind Megaman. The video really made the song make sense. When I first listened to the song, I thought he was still in the lab with Dr. Light, but then I realized that some lines didn't make sense.
But, other than all that, I liked the video. Make some more~
JakBaronKing. This song is not made by a Newgrounds Artist. It is a band that has actually released some albums, so don't blame the artist here for the lead singer.
Very Good Work, but audio needs improvement
I love both this and the previous flash/video for Unrest in the House of Light. It's obvious you put a lot of work into it. That said, and I see this said in the other comments, the audio quality is fairly poor. I don't know anything about flash design, but I'm certain that it's possible to achieve better quality, particularly if you have access to a CD of the music. It likely wouldn't be hard to find some advice on how to achieve better quality on a forum, probably even these forums.
My only other criticism is that the non-pixel section is a little awkward. I liked the grave, though the difference in style is still a little jarring, but Mega Man himself looks out of place. I myself can't really draw, and I assume it's not easy to do so, but your pixel art looks very good and could easily be used instead. Understandably, this might not be possible, but I assume you created a lot of your own pixel assets for this, so obviously you have the talent and ability.
I hope to see more flashes in this vein, perhaps The Stand or Light Up the Night. Do you plan on trying this sort of thing with any other bands/games? I'm not aware of any other rock operas about games, so, I don't know how feasible this is, but it's an interesting idea. Either way, good luck with future projects.
