Not impressed.
It was okay. If only you got to go through a storyline and level up like in Zelda this game would be most entertaining. 1 point for game play, 2 for graphics. The humor for me was funny but wasn't enough to keep me playing this game.

Seriously. You can't copy and paste the battle system from every final fantasy system and call it unique. Although this game is arguably more original than the first, you are still so far behind in originality you are almost catching glimpses of the other side.
As the game play itself is concerned, it is basically a final fantasy rip-off generic rpg, except you took out everything but the mind-numbingly boring fighting endless waves of random encounters. Is there any story? Is there any point to "leveling up" each character when they both begin with enough HPs to sit in front an atomic bomb and shrug off the resulting blast?
Admittedly it is very pretty to look at. Not the prettiest, but you are deserving of a few stars I suppose. The special attacks were pretty impressive for flash (I outright refuse to call any part of this game epic). However there are other aspects in this game that you are sorely missing that should not be overlooked. Final fantasy fanboys who are rating this game 10 just because it reminds them of FFwhatever do not count as people with valid opinions.

this isn't as cool as i thought it would be. it gets really boring and pointless after awhile.
don't pay any attention to this if these take-turn battle games are the kind that you like, but because i don't, i found it really crappy and repetitive.
Boring.
First of all, there is no way to advance the text early. Pretty much every other game I have played had an option to. There is a reason for that you know.
Second, there is very little to bother with, just a gallery of foes to fight over and over.
Dude, beating the game on epic should give the medals for normal and hard as well. Epic fantasy or epic fail it's both.
