You are a Genius, MAtty :3 <3

Great game and nice mechanics! One of the best games I've played so far.

CLICK THE BOOBYS :E

You definitely won't see me complaining about this, but I feel compelled to point it out anyway. After dying to the Valkyrie tank, I obviously got sent back to the last checkpoint. Sounds about right, yeah? Except I still had all my stat upgrades and perks that I'd gotten in between that checkpoint and the final boss fight. Is that supposed to happen? If not, well... I mean, you don't HAVE to fix it; it was kinda fun to grab even more perks. Some of them are just so damn cool.

Also, Natalie's Lucky Star counter still uses up MP even though it's, y'know, a counter. Is THAT supposed to happen?

Just as awesome as the last one, and I like the new additions. For example, the idea of highlighting the attack button was a really nice addition. In the last game I was constantly using the buff moves, but the fact that I might randomly get that for free kept me from always from doing that. I would often use the new "order" to check if Natalie had her crit that turn, and it I was rewarded several times. Once I just couldn't resist seeing Matt's special even though both party members were low health, so I got wiped T-T lol.
One thing that happened to me that probably should have been infuriating, but actually just made me laugh was at the skeletal hydra. All I did in the vary first term was use scan bot to learn about the insta-kill mechanic and switch my sword. Then on their first turn, both hydra heads used their 1HKO moves. What are the chances? The next time around finished both off with one Matt special attack, so no heads were doiing any kind of respawning shenans.
The N*zi guy at the end was cool too. Auto attacks were going ham that fight (optional perks
like those being another cool addition).
I did game over about three times this game, and I didn't at all last game. At least one of the deaths might have been because I kept on getting tempted to stay low HP for that new Revenge move.
The minigame was nice too. There was some risk at reward at play, and for something so simple, I never felt like I had really mastered it. Both the range attack and jump attack saw use out of me, and whatever the ideal strategy was, it wasn't completely obvious, Also, it looked like either the A or S key had some kind of block function? I guess you left that out of the explanation because there was no use for it in a minigame like that,
