Decent
The jumping is horrible. Other than gameplay runs pretty smooth. The enemies and levels are fairly generic.

Good up to level 12ish
Some more weapons would have been nice but what was there was fun to play with.
The aiming on the rocket launcher seems to either be faulty or work with an odd mechanic that doesn't make much sense.
I didn't see much of this rag doll physics you mentioned, most of the time enemies died and fell over, or maybe slit a few feet to the other direction.
Jumping was a huge pain, especially over large gaps.
On the plus sides:
As I said, what weapons did exist were fun and not all that hard to get.
Game ran very smoothly
AI wasn't a total ditz, at least they tried to avoid my grenades
The only huge complaint I have is the level where you have a partner, I think I got him on level 12? I did not get past that level, he died way to easily and was apparently a kamikaze soldier because he ran straight into everything.
