Reviews for "Pirate Defense"

Very good game...

Did you by any chance get the trap system idea off the PC game Evil Genius? If so, good on you =]

A great twist on defense games, which makes it a lot more interesting, and requires a lot of concentration.

nice

wonderful end song, it just makes the whole game worth playing

as far as improvement there isn't much to say. but i would enjoy seeing something to listen to while playing the game, it annoys me a bit when there's no background music to go with the game.
also it would be nice to know what the range on a lure is so its easier to leave no empty spacing.

other then that keep up the great work!

I won, I won, at Pirate Defense!!

Excellent all-round. Took me quite a while to beat 101 waves! Anyway, it would have been better with a more in-depth linkage system, so I would have given it a 9...but that song was just too sweet.

Awesome

Could some on email me the song or a place to download it i want to but it on my page, i too am a pirate and that song is freaking awesome

Great game but the traps made it too easy.

Traps made the game too easy though it was a wonderful and innovating twist on the game. The thing is that the crates can be used to block off the entire map except for one tiny area and then you surround that tiny area with towers and traps and slaughter the enemy. It might be the way the game is played but it felt too easy and too much like slaughter. Especially on the easy level. The only time I ever really lost lives is when I sent out like 10-15 waves all at once, even then if I decided to construct extra towers in the back of the map I didn't lose lives. Great and innovating the game but the crates make the game too easy if you could limit the number you can use per round it would help to add to the challenge but something should definitely be done to limit their use.
