Suprisingly disapoiniting

I looked at the score and WTF-d. The mere thought of getting my balls crushed by incoming awesomness from such hi-scored submission made me shiver. I was very disapointed after watching.

I expected something totally fresh and sucking in. I prepared for a trip to unknown lands. And what?All my hopes went into shit.

Your movie, even if nicely drawned, stylised and audioed (hay Harry!), was repetetive, predictable and utterly disapointing.

Story was intriguing at first, but later became yet-another independent anti-war artist personal thoughts put into motion. Too bad that most artists(including you) have suspiciously same interpretation of war.

Ultimately, you've created a "touching" animation with no substance, which didn't gave me anything to think about, with shallow dragon alegory.

You had nice idea though, drawings are very stylish and nice. It's VERY decent piece of flash, but not legendary and propably won't be remembered as newgrounds very part of history.

I guess the score is so high beacuse of the "chain effect", dull pepole who don't have their own opinion, share it with others, giving away 10's and 5's. For me, it's worth about 4.20 beacuse it's still the great piece of work, and you should keep flashing!

im impressed

for an obsure title, and the fact that it is a "silent" movie, i was verry impressed by bouth the graphics, and the music. although i cant realy say much for the plot, it's just a normal beast used for war and resuced by princess cenario. but it is not that bad, and it is rightfully enjoyable.

Neh...a pleasant story - but too predictable.

It's not all that...original.

A neglected girl finds an unsual creature - done before
That creature is being forced for warfare - done before
The creature ends up saving his slaver - done done done before

Having a truly good story is hard sometimes since all the good ones have been done before.

Now...animation and art wise...this film is quite morbid yet expressive.

The black sillolette of the characters really helps bring the mood and emotions from each character as well as add a bit of mystery.

That earns high points.

But subtracts a large amount for pridictability.

A perfect children's book and short movie...but doesn't please an experienced and well varied connoisseur art such as myself.

Now don't trash this idea...it WOULD make a good selling Children's Book. Keeping all the art and such...but add some understandable dialogue.

The theme should be " why war is bad " or something.

It was an all right video...the story and message were clear but it lacked humour and entertainment, i was pretty bored throughout it but otherwise it was a good video.
