Very good base of a game
The idea is unique enough to be considered a new concept. It seems tho that there is a very steep increase in the difficulty of the game after the first minute (as seen from the scoreboard). Anyway im not gonna brag much. The background should have a "happier/calm" color. A very very cool implementation that i personaly think is needed, taken the circumstances and rule of the game; would be the ability to "jump" over to another location. Since the bacteria do surrind u in the end, it would help tremendously. Also, instead of having them pop from the top of the screen... try and get them from other sides too! Unexpectancy is key. As a final note, instead of continualy filling the game with bacteria of the same kind, think of changing the KIND of enemies and not the number. Peace bro.
