Soothing music and addicting game!
But right after I read the message in the background, I lost at 40.9 seconds. Aargh!
Nice Concept
Add more variety, becuase the trick to this game is hover/follow the egdes and the rest of the bacteria line up behind and slowly trail you. Addition of different and dynamic enemies will help make it more interesting.

Or you could add power ups and stuff.

this has been done quite well.
the music is good
my suggestion would be t have this in levels, where you have to last for so long, the infinite timer doesn't really cut it.
also, try to vary up the shapes and forms of the 'bacteria'
overall, its a good starting point for what could be a great game
