mot bad..... not bad at all.
That was pretty good for your fist serious flash.
TIPS: you should put in more angles, the walking is a little dull..... and when one of your guys shoots a gun their body should move a little bit too not just the gun.
If you have your whole movie and all of your layers in one scene then that would make the file bigger......... (i think)

Not Bad
When I read your description on your flash I thought "Oh great another noob trying to get his flash submitted" but then I watched it and I have to admit it's pretty good. I voted 4/5 just because the animation needed a few tweaks and the sound wasn't as bad as you had said. Anyways I hope to see more from you in the future.

Whoa... Guns are a bit wacky.
The animation is great! And don't worry about the voice stuff, just get an audio editing program.
The Guns.... Recoil isn't that much unless you suck with them... And how'd he miss with a machine gun, and a SMG vs Pistols?
