Hitman Wars...
It's a pretty good madness combat tribute. You did well on many important assets needed to animate madness characters properly. I didn't like how the characters keep their arms in one positions. The voice-acting wasn't as bad as you said it was.

Whoa... Guns are a bit wacky.
The animation is great! And don't worry about the voice stuff, just get an audio editing program.
The Guns.... Recoil isn't that much unless you suck with them... And how'd he miss with a machine gun, and a SMG vs Pistols?

Not so bad
So, yeah... you got a lot of work to do...
but the animation wasn't bad.
You have to work on your backgrounds and the voices (ask a friend to be a voice actor next time, because is kinda confusing when all the characters has the same kind of voice), everything but that is quite good.
You just need practice man, keep working and hope the next episodes are better.
