Great Game
A great game but i cant pass a big hole after a castle. =p Can someone help me plz?

Its a great game, certainly as far as a Flash hack 'n slash game goes, its just about the best iv'e ever played.
However there were some issues i had with the game.
Like how most of the combat, was just hitting J as fast as you could, jumping in combat was completely useless, and sometimes when i blocked i still got hit.
Also with the 'heavy hammer' enemies, the easiest way to beat them was to let them kill you, then use your 'respawn invincibility' to wail on them whilst they couldnt hit you.
I also didnt enjoy the fact that their were no combo attacks, i managed to pull off a forward thrust from time to time, but that was only through manic button bashing. And i also saw no reason for including the $ money, other than achieving a +1 Life after every 5k or so.
I was expecting an upgrade shop, where you could purchase new wepons, or maybe just something enjoybale such as funky hats for Bob.
Ultimately its a fun game, great for passing the time, and with a bit of practice, becomes rather easy. The lack of customization, and aparant 'generic button smashing' element did subtract from the quality of the game, but if you can resist the temptation to turn on the [pointless] cheats, you can easily spend a good few hours working your way through this one.
I give it, a 9 out of 10.

Yeah fair enough man. The lack of content is probably due to me wanting to upgrade the game without an actual content designer.
I made the new backgrounds, menus and character dialogue images, but I pretty much added no new sprites or animation; apart from Terrence and the zombies which I made in a previous game about a year ago haha.
But yeah, apart from that stuff, I just recoded the game. I didn't want to spend a lot of time reworking the fighting or game mechanics. One, because I didn't want to keep adding things until it became a massive project, and two, because I wanted to essentially keep the game the same, but add in some things the game was always meant to have; like a life system and the falling pillar.
But yeah, totally fair score, and thanks for the review :D
Great game
I have played the original before and i gotta say you realy improved it a lot. one thing though when u use the extra character you cant defeat the last boss you can only defeat him with bob so try to fix that glitch kay.
the only problem...
controls. cant you just make it the arrow keys to move? really. other than that, awesome.
took forever to load
i beat the game before it finished loading and even then i had to refresh the page but otherwise 9/10
