This person can't play chess.

I choose to play on Novice, for casual play. Well anyway, 41 with the White Rook, next to the Black King King. Is impossible move, because since it was placed there, and it's White's turn, it's an automatic Checkmate.

MEANING it's a major flaw, in a real chess game that's impossible to do. Since the Horizontal moving White Rook, is just to the right of the Black King. Making it a redundant Checkmate, and fucking half assed to boot.

This little game isn't going to teach you have to play Chess, if even a major fuck up like that is in the Novice Option. I'm just saying this, if it was Black's turn, and he/she moved there. THEY CAN'T BECAUSE IT'S AN ILLEGAL MOVE.

Uhhh...

Its pretty fun.
Makes me use my noodle, but then again it is CHESS!
Its pretty intense and kills time.

Enjoyable

It was kinda fun to play around with for a while. The AI needs a little bit of work in the "play chess" mode, though. I found it just a little too weak, and I can onl image what an experienced player would think.

Other than that, though, this was an excellent training exercise.

The puzzles are good, but the chess engine is laughable. An absolute beginner might enjoy it, but C class and above players should find it ridiculously easy. It seems to have the most trouble with sacrificial mating attacks. Other then that it was great.
