Well
You have a lot of work to do improving your skills. Try making your animations a lot longer. The message was good, if not a little childish. Overall, more content is required to make this a good flash. A good story or message means nothing in a flash animation if the flash itself is no appeasing to the eye, for the fact that no one is going to pay attention to it or feel for it if they don't like what they see.

I completely fail to see the point
It's just too vague to understand. And the message really isn't going out to a lot. I hate cigarettes but that's not really something to put up on newgrounds as a flash.
However, the animation itself wasn't really bad, but could use some improvement, as well as the graphics. Try something different next time, if you make something that people like, but also has a message within it, you'll be much more effective at putting the message out there, and having people enjoy it at the same time.
5/10 because its your first real flash, but otherwise 4/10. Try harder.
