I can't do it too wrong.
In general the strategy is basic, and it's static and slow. On all other fronts it's a good game.

Problem
Well, this game would be much more playable if it didn't limit the number of armies you could move per turn. It appeared that I was able to move only 5 armies per turn, whether or not they had movement left (this is taking account of the inability to move a just-reinforced army, which is a good game element). This kind of game requires the ability to plan movement on the entire battlefield at once, and if I can 't bring reinforcements up nearer to the front lines and attack with the front lines, then I'm crippled.

i have 99 dudes on capitol. 36 enemy dudes march in. i lose. new game. enemy has 99 dudes on his capitol. i march in 46 dudes. my men get there butts kicked. enemy marches in 2 dudes on my capitol. i lose. WTF?!
