The difficulty
Utterly ruins this game.
I'd say the graphics would be the only redeeming quality, if it weren't for the fact that every other aspect of this, "game" is so ungodly poor.
Playthrough 1: Level 3 before I got destroyed.
Playthrough 2: The Final Boss, when I was promptly blasted in the face with a laser the size of half of the screen.
It's not even a game, so much as a pure test of patience before you get it through your head that you're not having fun due to the psychotic level of difficulty.
It's not like I can say that it's difficult because of my lack of skills, considering how much skill does it take to move with the arrow keys and mash one button, considering that's ALL YOU DO IN THIS GAME! (Oh wait, besides praying to the Gods that a piece of gore will drop, oh wait still, that doesn't matter, that crap doesn't heal for anything anyways.)
0/5, 0/10. Oh, and a quote... "Pro Tip: Abandon all hope when confronted with the visage of Wadolf the terrible." You call that a "gem of a helpful hint"?
tl;dr, don't bother until they decide to fix what many, MANY people have been complaining about - the difficulty.
Delete my review the third time. I'm only reviewing the game and providing my personal opinion and constructive criticism, which is what a review is for right?
