It wasnt funny. But only the drawing was great but no this is not special or something.

I personally found it bland and boring. It lacked what i like to call a point, and the action was slow moving and once again, sorry for the redundancy, pointless... I definitely recognize your skill as an animator but your stories could use a little work
I can't see why everyone is in love with this.
The sound and animation is solid, but I just find it overall depressing rather then humorous. Why everyone thinks it's so funny, I just don't get. I understand the humor is directed at laughing at someone else's misfortune, but for some reason I just felt bad for the guy instead. Although this did not effect how I rated the movie, for the record while cats often eat plant they rarely pee in them.
Slow
It was extremely slow. Would have been better if you had cut the time in half.
