I think..
this could develop into a a brilliant dark comedy. just keep working at it. some key points I'd like to address: clean up the dialogue, as in, make sure the conversation flows well. some points the conversation seemed forced. also, better animation! the animation is decent now but with time, effort and practice i think this could turn out to be a great series.
You have a brilliant concept and good audio. so i give it a 7 as of now. keep going.

i liked this flash mostly for the writing and the general plot, but i have to agree with the large majority of the other reviewers in saying that you do need a new artist. The animations are what kept me from declaring this one of my favorite new flashes.
p.s. everyone bitching about this being to much like an anime and not enough like a flash; maybe he wanted it be very much like an anime, and he wanted to do something in flash that wasn't 100% videogame parodies or porn.... just try and expand your idea of what a flash has to be, and consider what it could be.
