My Reveiw
Graphics: 10/10
Amazingly, I would've thought the graphics to be a little better, but they are pretty good. Two things though:
1) I understand the fast running thing, but can you slow down the track. If I was epileptic I doubt I would be writing this now. The track basically blinks in and out of existence.
2) You might want to make the bullets and shot more realistic. For example, the cops bullets moves EXTREMELY slow for bullets from a standard-issue cop gun, while your shots were as fast as a sniper's. Also, if I were to shoot the tires out, the car would be unable to proceed, along if I were to blow the driver's brains out through two well-placed shots in the back window.
Otherwise, amazing graphics.

Gameplay: 8/10
Is it just me, or is the character run like he's Flash? Think about it. What kind of average criminal runs so fast he can almost outrun a Cop Interceptor? Comon people. Those cop cars can peak at 250!
The repetiveness of the entire game gets boring after about a minute of gameplay. The only difference is the amount of cars that show up on the screen at any given time!
Also, can we slow the movement of the dude. I addressed this earlier and it has occurred to me that the barricades come up too quickly for one to simply move to the other side wow he can run man!

Storyline: 1/10
Comon, even the flash Killing Spree had a storyline and the entire show was about this guy doing whatever the heck he wanted! The only storyline I saw was the damned health meter which was in the bottom corner where no one looks! One could at least make it a little more obvious! Maybe if you added a "How I Got Here" entrance, you would get a better score!
For a run-and-gun game, it's pretty decent I must say its true.

Replay Value: High
Though the gameplay is a little too repetitive for my tastes, the whole replay idea is to get a better score than you did previous.
The whole "Achievement" thing was a nice touch and gave the whole thing of trying to get them all, which required playing multiple times. However, it would be nice to save those achievements in a file or something. Again, just would be nice.

Overall: 9/10 5/5
It is a pretty decent game to play, just a little too many flaws. Maybe later on, I might just come back to this game and play it. But only time will tell.
Good concept. Just add a storyline and fix the bugs I mentioned.
Then you might get a higher score.
