Could have been better
Maybe some healing item would be cool...And some kind of storyline. And in the end, game tempo gets kinda...slow.

Boring
I guess it works in the title pretty well, what, with the fact that you've got to keep running to stay alive. But it gets very boring very fast.
First of all, the achievements. How about some interesting like, see 25 cops get blown up by barricades, instead of just, 'score X amount of points', or 'kill X amount of cops.'
Second of all,
Most games with guns or holding out usually have upgrades. Being stuck with a pistol is, well, retarded. how about a shotgun or something?
And third of all,
I'll admit, though the 'kill an amount of cops' thing doesn't make a good over time achievement, it would make a good milestone.
For example, if you kill 25 cops, get a small amount of health.
Kill 50 cops and get a weapon speed boost.
Kill 75 cops and get a full health boost.
Kill 100 cops and get a weapon damage boost.
Then restart it again.
Overall, it needs a lot of work, but just make a few changes and you'll have an amazing game on your hands.

but also a oneshot, the replaying value is low, and for a game which is called Run run fury, I was a little disapointed I only have one screen to run across. But still, fun.
Not so entertaining as i expected it to be.

Improve these and you can make it a good game.

But the idea of the game was pretty good :)
