Reviews for "StarBaron - Campaigns"

great

but you need a button or somthing that tells the hotkeys in game, like really bad

decent game

the concept is good, the gameplay is good, perhaps you can fix it not being able to play on computers with lower specs, im gonna have to play this again when i get to my house. perhaps implementing larger ships that constitute for 5 or 10 ships so there arent 100 units moving around lagging the game up.

Good game with technical issues.

It's great till the last level because after a while it starts to lag...A LOT!

There's a lil glitch

A pretty nice game- I just wanted to notice you on the glitch on the map 'Base wars' because the stars are so close to each other you can't attack any star at all because they all cover each other up.

Looked fair.

I did not notice any lag issues as mentioned by previous posters.

Anyway, I did the tutorial then started a skirmish with 3 computers on easy mode. While I was at no risk of losing, I didn't see any chance of winning. I sent 54 ships from various directions at defense planets and that failed repeatedly. So, I went after a rocket planet and that also failed. So I tried a normal one, which also failed. I switched over to using rockets myself on a few key points and while that helped, the now neutral planet was instantly swarmed with enemy ships and the cycle repeated.

I guess, I'm not really sure what I'm doing wrong.

Anyway, I really like the idea. I've played something similar years ago and loved it to pieces. I'd suggest adding in a tech tree of some sort for upgrades (maybe research planets to fund them?), more ship types... maybe races with perks (Humans generate a few extra bucks, X generates a few extra ships, Y generates a few more whatevers, etc).

Thanks much =)
