Megaman meets Robocop?
It was very well done from the animation point of view but the voice overs were lacking. A lot of the action felt a little melodramatic a times but this seems to be common with most anime type cartoons. Even though I'm not much a fan of anime but I can appreciate the effort. I'm sure people who do favor this type of art style and story telling will really enjoy this.

Jumping Lizards... You really need someone to translate better for you, and to do better voice acting. The action is great though! His stomach seems impossibly skinny.

I loved the Sunday-morning-styled animation. It was choppy at parts, but that can't be helped.
Not familiar with the series, but it seems pretty cool in a 80s anime kind of way.
