I wish the clown looked scarier but good game

It's basically to create your own Madness scenes...but I guess you could create a stop-motion animation with this. That would be mega-super-awesome!

Just to be sure im not missing something... all you do is set up a murder scene? If so this game is pretty dull. If not please educate me

That's really the point of a scene creator. If you find them dull don't play them. Simple as.

Even better than the previous one.. But where is the shot fire? It was on: MMSC2.. You know the white, when you shoot from a gun!

MMSC2 didn't have shot fire. None of the MMSCs have had shot fire. I didn't add it, as it wouldn't show up on the white background. Maybe I'll add it to MMSC4.
