Lacks many features, but it's still pretty cool. You should(sorry) make it actually select things, have a user interface, have it so when you drag an object out of the zone it vanishes.. and have a feature to sink and raise things.

It's pretty good, I made 3 different scenes myself, but imo not worth getting more than 6 points.
Suggestions as you wished:
You should be able to set if an object should be in front or behind another object.
Different music?
Some eastereggs, or unlockable objects, an opportunity to print the picture, an online database to upload his own creation...just some thoughts ;)
