OK you want more than "OMG AWSOME" or "COOL"?

Alright i'll give it to ya then.

Animation: Could use a little smoothing out but wasnt bad.
Artwork: a little scratchy but good, i like it and it adds its own feel to it.
Sound: well all you play is the background sound but for this kinda flash thats all you need so i'll talk about the quality of it, it almost sounded like that you was listening to the song on your puter and you had your mic sitting next to your speaker with a recording program recording the song in a format that you could use in flash, nothing really wrong with that if thats what you did, but for some reason it sounds a little faded.
Story: looks interesting, if we actually got to see the story, this looks more like the beggining theme for a tv show.

Overall: It leaves a nice feel to it and i like it, but now i wanna see more, i want to see the characters doing something besides looking in random directions in sync with a catchy song... i want to know their stories.

heh, somebody noticed the wierdness of the song =_= But anyways, for some reason, when I sync the song to the flash, it turns to sound like that and I don't know why... And it is the beginning theme for a tv show...I did some outside work of the characters actually interacting but it's all scratchy, black and white and it'll take me awhile to finish it, but I will try.

These characters have actual storied bhind them, outside here, I've got all the stories and comics already done and laid out. Whether I animate them or not will dpend if I have enough time.

I'll jump straight to the area where you could improve, since it seems like that's what you're after:
x Smoother animation - I.E. eye blinks
x Even though the sketchy style made this submission more original, I think it would be better clean.
x A better story, if any even existed.
x At points where characters were speaking, even though it probably wouldn't be what they said/sang, it would be neat if it synced to the song
x General improvement with detail in the background

Yeah I gotta work with inbetween frames -_-lll. And yes I shall try to ink and make it cleaner. I am also trying to learn to be more creative with the background, as you can see from the animation that the b/g was shitty.... And they weren't singing, they were actually talking to the blue haired girl, although I\m starting to think I shouldn't have done that cause people might mistake it for singing the song.

I really enjoy your drawing style, still the plot of this submission either does not exist or I haven't noticed it.

No offense but the only reason you're getting above a 1.50 is because the cartoon was anime, and people on this site seem to drool over anime stuff... don't get me wrong you have potential at animating, it just seemed to much like slideshow of some 16 year old wapanese chicks bad anime drawings combined with sickening j-pop than an actual cartoon... besides, there was no story, it was a theme song meshed together with the same old stereo types you get in every anime and they're dog... most of the characters looked like reconstructions of characters from the Hack series, Bleach, a few other animes whose names i can't remember.

you're drawings were good just not good enough to be passable at Newgrounds... but I suppose all the weeaboo's here will prove me wrong once again and drool over this just like they do with every other anime thing
