Aw man, when I saw the title, I thought this'd be some Wall-E rip off, but then I saw this nice looking, lonely robot. He had nobody to play ping pong with, which is a little sad, then I see him engineering, from scrap metal. The animation was clean, and the looks of it all was fantastic.
I like the way you did this all, and I like the story of it all, he was lonely, he was alone, so he built a friend, which didn't work. When I saw the Red robot, I thought that "Hey, Amig0 wont be lonely." Well, I just have to say, I liked it all, especially the ending twist, how he was destroyed and his friend came to life. Just makes a cycle, over and over.
All in all, nice job, crisp and timed well. The sensor parts were pretty cool. I hope to see more from you, you've truly earned the awards you have recieved!
