I'm going to feel really bad about saying this...
The graphics were beautiful, the message was strong, it was even educational without being too boring. However, the gameplay was horrible. Some event strikes, click it, send the team automatically, and return to base camp. It's those same four steps over and over.
I'v heard about the recent concept of video game training programs for jobs. Such games tend to be less engaging, but give the player an intereactive learning tool for their responsibilities and duties. This feels like that kind of game. It's not all that fun, but it's educational.
Also, everyone hates the bait-and-switch routine. You should have told us in the beginning the there were only two levels here.
