Reviews for "Batch Code Generator"

add more codes

thx men it helps me on my project!!

not bad...

for batch noobs at least, i think you could do something much better.

not bad

not bad for a beginner's tutorial. i experiment with code in my spare time, and i think you should have the "net send" command in there. there really is no equivalent for vista users though. as to why Microsoft did that, i have no idea. it is useful on XP though. also, you could add one of the remote shutdown codes to it. those are kinda dangerous in the wrong hands, but they can be fun at times. the easy remote shutdown code (which can be used in a desktop shortcut even) is "shutdown -i" which opens the remote shutdown dialogue. the more fun code is "shutdown -(s/r) -m \\(computer_name) -t (delay_in_seconds) -c "(message to display to them)" ...you don't need the "-f" command for this code. -s is shutdown, -r is restart. the computer name must be on your LAN. and the message (included or not) must be in quotes if you use it. if you leave out the timer, it defaults to 30 seconds. to counteract this code, you can use (in a shortcut or batch file) the "shutdown -a" abort command.

use in there if you like, but still, this is a great fun tool for those who don't know DOS code. some people would really get some use out of this. not a bad idea.

Cool

This was a cool gadget, but I think you should add a sleep command.
So, you could display a message, then choose to sleep for so many seconds, and then display another message or w/e.
Good job tho. 5/5 9/10

recomended

i recommended this for a collection uder gadgets!
