I've been always too lazy to look around this site for more information about this since I didn't find it too important (opinions about this may differ). Well, now I know what to do (if I do it that is...) thanks to your work.
The music wasn't of my taste, fortunately you can turn it off.

This is a great informative flash, I learned much from it.
The only problem is that the buttons were hard to read. Consider making the text in the button a darker color.
P.S. The pokemon credits at the end were very random and unexpected...made me lol :D
