A few Ideas for next time's tweaking.
1. Make some room to actually build him.
2. Make sure his body is proportional, it seemed that the torsos were a little smaller then they should have been.
3. Add some way to save him after your created him.

2 unmovable stuff
one of the arms is unmovable, and one of the mouths on the right side is unmovable.
other than those 2 things, its a cool game.
