How to make 2 tankmen annoying eachother:
1. Add legs *Doesn't matter what rotation*
2. Add a torso that is the stripe's
3. *Doesn't matter what order* add a cigarette and a gun at arms
4. *Doesn't matter where it goes* Add 2 knifes
5. Add a moving mouth
6. Add the goggle guy *The tankmen AKA default newgrounds picture head*

Now the 2nd one:
1. Add legs
2. Add a stripped torso
3. Add the same mouth as the 1st one
4. Add a beer at either arm
5. add a cigarette at the other arm
6. Add the same head as the 1st one

A lot more optional accessories to make the tankmen and a great layout too though it did kind of fill up the whole screen to where you didn't have much room but still was managable,great dress-up and defenetly a great upgrade from the first one.
good but some things...
if you make a part 2 heres what you need:
a spot for the tankmen
more arms and legs (there are no normal arms/legs)
other than that its perfect!hoping for a part 2! :)

well it obviously is better than the first with a text box and much more options
but i cant make a tankman cuz theres no room to make it.
again nice concept but it just doesnt work :/
