Love it
Plays nicely; I like the ability to jump out of the water briefly; and the tune is catchy
But like other commenters 'd like to see some incremental growth after eating so many fishies.

Decent game
Overall, the game is decent.
I wish you could see more on the screen. Maybe a zoom-out feature? There's been a lot of times where I'm speeding along only to have a big tadpole show up in front of me and I can't turn in time.
The graphics are simple, but I like them that way. Maybe a few more colors? Hero in white, prey in green, predators in red? I don' t know. It's not a big deal.
I do wish there was some sort of upgrade system... Either your tadpole gets larger by score... Or faster... Or "evolves" into different creatures...
And the large tadpoles should change their behaviors when you grab that yellow/orange pill and go into "God Mode". Right now, they still behave as predators and run right toward you.
